Everyone has a story and often it is not shared, but if you lend a genuine listening ear, you can learn so much about a person!  That is why I love broadcast journalism - I get to talk to people all day long! Through my time at 12th Man Productions, I have had the opportunity to conduct halftime basketball segments for the SEC Network+/Watch ESPN app, conduct postgame interviews, create features, and on-camera work for This Week Around Aggieland.  All of these experiences are not only on-camera work, but also display my ability to edit, write, direct, and produce content.

Through my time at KBTX I have stepped out of the sports world and obtained the ability to report on city news and lifestyle events.  Through this I learned to conduct professional work on a tight turnaround.

Taste of Country  has given me the confidence and experience with A-list country music celebrities. I have learned how to craft engaging questions as well started creating relationships with the artists, making them more and more comfortable every time they interview with me.
